Internet Safety: Take charge of your computer and your kid's use of it. Let your kids know that you will check their e-mail and where they surf. Let them know you are keepng them safe as well as your own identity. Make it a family time. Keep your computer in your family room. Limit your child's computer time because they need the physical activity they might be missing.
Good Nutrition: With the growing concern about childhood obesity, kids need to build good food habits early.
Physical Fitness : Kids need to move. They need lots of physical activity.
